I have worn my breeches out, they are down to bare threads on the seat/inner thigh so I need to ensure any dignity I have is preserved, don't want to wear them til they actually reveal things that no other human should have to see.

I fancy a pair of MT breeches as I like mud coloured clothing and I like Mark Todd stuff, I have a rug and a bridle and am impressed with the quality. Im a size 8, will 26" waist ones fit or will I need the next size up? Am clueless as to how they fit, they look like a nice long slim fit from the pics.

(I want to buy online and I want to buy them now!) :)

I've got the MT breeches with the popper pockets in a 28" and I'm a size 12. They're a lovely fit so would suggest you'd need the next size down ie 24". I've got them in coffee and navy and they're lush :)

I have a couple of pairs of the Grisbourne (? i think thats what they are) and have them in 28" which is what I normally are. You can get them pretty cheap off ebay as well x

i'm a size 8 and have the MT size 24". love them! want to start a collection in every colour, happy shopping! :)

I have a 34" inside leg and they're fine on me in regular length in the Kaikoura model. Think it's the Gisbourne that come in long - I've got the Winter breeches in long and they really are long!

I've got two pairs of the Gisborne breeches and they're lovely & cool for summer, and comfy.

I've got one pair in navy and one pair in khaki/brown, BUT I found that the two colours came up slightly different in fit, so beware if one colour fits and you order another from mail order, it might be a bit tighter.

I bought a pair at the local tack shop thinking they'd be fine, and then got them home and one knee felt definately tighter than the other. I couldn't believe it, so got the tape measure and was so surprised when one knee came up half an inch smaller!! So be aware!

I love mine - i'm sat in them now!
I have the Gisborne and had bought the same style now for about 5 years, they last and are really comfy, as well as smart.
If your curvy then the full seat ones aren't as comfy i don't think but the Gisbornes are perfect - i buy then through ebay from Hope Valley Saddlery, two pairs just cost me £70 inc p&p :)

Another fan - I have the denim ones and the gisbournes in brown, love both. I bought the denim ones a size up from normal (size 12, 28) as wondered if the material might be tighter but its not, my brown gisbournes are a perfect fit as 28 and average length I would say?
