I bought my mare the JHL TO and I and she was both most impressed. Now she can roll to her hearts content and not get covered!

Next on my list will be the coolex, oh and the MT excersize sheet!

Hi Jo. The problem you're having with the x-surcingles is due to the rubber stoppers - the purpose of these is to stop them coming undone when the horse is rolling & generally mucking around. There is definitely a knack to them (on any rug with stoppers), it's basically down to putting them in diagonally, but they tend to be difficult one way & easy the other way - so just have a fiddle as to which way they need to be done!

Don't get me wrong, I like MT and JHL stuff... but that coolex looks good. Evil ratsies eat holes in my thermatex and they are really 'spensive

Ooh those look lovely but I don't think I can be converted from thermatex just yet- i live too near the factory and seem to have one of everything

I know what you mean about the day rug being heavy but they do do a summer cooler- haven't tried it yet though but it's much thinner.

That TO looks lovely- very posh and looks to be a nice fit.
