Mark Todd jacket sizing help please

I want one of these, but i can't find any sizing guides. Im size 10-12. do you think a small would fit me?

we have some of the grey and pink one at work, they are very nice, yes a small would prob be ok as they are stretchy around the bottom, just depends if you have long arms or not
