Market research please for catering trailer. What flavour toasted sandwiches?

Cheese and Chutney - Probably not a good idea if your customers aren't aware that chutney is very hot after toasting... But it tastes very nice

Peanut butter! Love peanut butter toasties and I imagine they'd be a hit with the kids. Otherwise, I'd say a simple tuna mayo kind since some of us can't eat cheese or butter!

I love cheese & sausage toasties but can never be bothered to make them so always end up having cheese and ham.

But if it was made for me I'd choose cheese and sausage everytime!

best food I've had at a show was a falafal wrap with a load of fresh veg in it. I hate all the greasy bread you get with event food.
good luck with the venture though.
