Martin Collins surfaces

Has anyone else had problems with their surfaces a few months down the line? Any opinions on their customer service also much appreciated as we're struggling to get anywhere.

I've ridden in some amazing MC arenas but sadly ours isnt one of them

Oh, that's a worry, I was just looking at clopf for my surface. What surface is it and what is the problem?
