Martingales....do you use one?

I use a running martingale for everything at home (I'm too lazy to take it off for flatwork) for the "seatbelt" aspect of it.

A correctly fitted martingale will not interfere with the rein contact or jab a horse in the teeth ;)
 
I used to always put a running martingale on for jumping so that I had something to grab if needed, but now I'd just use a neck strap.
