Which do you prefer/use?

My sister has a pony on mash and pony nuts and would like to know if mash is better than sugarbeet in your opinions.

Also she'd like to know if she would be better off feeding her TB mash instead of sugarbeet too?
TB is 10, an ex-racer in very light work atm. He's in half of the week and out the other half (shares stable with another horse) and is in good health, not too thin, not too fat. Um.. not sure if there's anymore info you'd need to judge.

I assume that's rowen barbarry ready mash - if so, its a very fibrous feed and good for fatty ponies.

I'd say for a TB type that is on sugar beet and its working - then don't fix what ain't broke.

I've used red and blue bags, red is ready mash extra and has extra vits/min/cereal in than blue. Blue has more than green.
