Masta Zing MW TO - Surcingles keep coming undone

Does anyone else have problems with the cross surcingles on these? My horse manages to get them undone every day without fail. I have tried elastic bands, plaiting bands and proper rug bands, but they still come undone! I have tried tightening the straps, loosening them, but to no avail! Any ideas?

Sorry no suggestions but I have the Masta Zing high neck t/o and love it!! Never had a problem with surcingles coming undone though, have only found the hind leg straps a bit shorter than expected.

Hi,
Buy some lamb rings (used to castrate/tail lambs) or beg a few from a farmer as they come in quite large boxes. They fit perfectly on the surcingles to make the fastenings a bit tighter.
Just read that you have tried simular already

Just place a plaiting band around each T connector.

i use aabout 3 plaiting bands on the other bit not the t fastening then when i put the t bit in to the bit thats attatched to the rug with the band now on it, i just pull the band down stopping the t bit from coming out
