Master Class Membership joining problems (Celeste Leilani Lazaris)

Hi
Can anyone who has joined this program (hosted on FB) please help.
I paid the joining fee via the master class website and sent the FB request to join as per the instructions which got rejected. The message (which took me a week to see as I don’t do FB much) was they could not find my registration.

I can’t find anything about registering on their website. I have an account on the master class website.
Message also said to send them an email but I can’t find an email address on their website

Possibly the problem might be my old phone??
Can anyone tell me what is their email address to contact them?

I also don’t seem to be able to send a FB message to the masterclass FB page (is that because it is a group?)

I did send a FN message to Celleste but she may not read it as it’s from a stranger.

im a member of the group - there does seem to be technical glitches every so often that cause some issues for new people joining. Celeste’s main page has a message up saying she’s some personal things going on and she’s stepping back for a while.
I can post a message in the group and see if that helps?
the other option is to try one of the other admins.

it might be worth trying again and if you still get an error message her - at least she’ll be looking out for it.

PS it might be a silly question (I’m crap at FB) but how do you know who the admin are when you aren’t a member and can’t view the group?

My next stupid question (bearing in mind I’m crap at FB and use an old iPhone) is....where is the GUIDE tab where all the videos are located?

I'm not on an i-phone but when you bring the page up on FB can you see the search button at the top (just under the banner photo) with a button saying 'more' next to it? Click on more and then click on view group info and the guides are in there.

ETA don't start with the 3 hour talky thing - her most recent one is an hour and v interesting

The other thing which is useful to know is you dont need to watch all the guides in order. The first live is something like 3.5 hours and bit scatter gun approach. I would go on to the next two and come back to that one, as the explaining gets better as lives evolve.

If you arent looking for trimming / saddle fitting / ulcer / horse communication advice, I would skip those too and get to the pillars guides.

I would pay the extra £20-25 for Kathryn's add on course as she is very clear and a good educator.

I’ve just realised you mentioned IPhone app..... I don’t use an app, just open it up in browser. I have an old iPhone 6...

I've watched the guides on PC/browser, but have looked at my phone and there's a burger menu top left on my screen (Android), the guides are there.

I have logged on laptop and now I have a tab “guides” and from guide 2 there seem to be videos, so I guess I’m now in the right place?
