he stands at Slyguff Stud but they are old school so no website. he is still standing and is totally amazing! he has a very successful stallion son too - Kings Master who is also standing at Slyguff.
 
Def do give them a call! i wud love a master imp horse! and sadly he is old now so prob best to do it sooner rather than later! they generally can all jump and have good conformation and are good looking!
 
Friend of mine has one that Phyllis Dawson of the U.S. imported several years ago (His name is Master Illusion). In addition, there are several 'Imp' children eventing in the U.S., and I have to say, they are NAUGHTY! My friend, whose Imp son is rising 7, has a tremendous buck in him...and she never knows when it's going to show itself. In speaking with other Imp owners, they say they finally group up when they're 8.

She does love him, though, and he is quite the athlete.
 
Bailey is "quirky" which I am told is quite common with Mini Master Imps! He has the most amazing attitude though, is sensible and laid back and he is also incredibly talented though so we can put up with his little quirks

Another thing - I have seen him in the flesh - lovely horse but he has a a white eye ie it looks like he is blind in one eye with a cataract. I asked Loftus O Neill about it but didnt get a satisfactory answer . I assume it was caused through an injury or otherwise the ISH wouldnt continue to approve him would they? Does anyone know anything about this. It put me off buying an Imp offspring despite their reputation!
 
I have been told it was from an injury when someone startled him and he banged himself in the stable doorway.

The source of the info is a well informed Irish breeder who uses him for her mares.
 
I looked into that when we found Bailey but spoke to a few people about it and was told from trusted sources it happened from an accident rather than illness.
