Serves me right for ordering from a company with such a stupid name, but they were the only place who claimed to have what I wanted in stock.

The first order, I had to chase them for delivery, but everything eventually arrived.

The second order, placed nearly three months ago, is dead in the water.

Avoid like the plague.

Sorry to hear this. Ask them where your order is on their FB page (if they have one). It usually shames them into sorting something out...

Not horse related, but I will never order now from Facebook ads, having waited months for a hand held electric log cutter, I ended up with a cheap nasty rose pruner from china. Never was able to get hold of the company to complain. Caveat Emptor!
