Mattingley DVD?

I did, and I haven't got it yet either. However, in fairness, the chap told me approx 28 days from when they started to edit it ie Monday following the event.

If it doesn't come by the weekend though I might start to worry - and I can't remember the name of the company?!

It was playback sports - i ordered a dvd from tweseldown and it took nearly 2 months to arrive - a friend still hasnt received his! Whenever you call they will say its on its way.
I will never ever order from them again ! I ordered a dvd for the whole day but they only got my sj and xc! The bit i wanted the most was the dressage !

I just called them and they said there had been a delay but that 40 were being posted today and another 20 tomorrow so should DEFINITELY have them by the end of the week. Took about ten attempts to get through to them though so hope the DVD is worth it!

did you ask for your dressage to be filmed? as they were not filming everyones-only if you asked before your test.

I got sent a DVD about a month after tweseldown, but it was another competitor, so contacted them and got mine a week or so later.
my mum now wants to order Mattingly but i'm not too sure because of the kerfuffle last time!

ah fair enough, how disappointing!
in theory they have a good product but its all a bit rough around the edges, not brillaint organisation. when i eventually got my dvd my horses name had become ballymoe sunrise, instead of suprise.

I bought one from South of England. Only got the SJ and about 3 XC jumps because I had day before dressage, which they didn't video, plus hadn't got their act together for the XC until later in the day, so was a bit disappointed, but thought it worth the £15.

Then went to Mattingley, and asked the chap to video my dressage test thinking for £15 I'd buy it. Picked up a leaflet on my way back to the car and was shocked to see the prices had doubled! Was no way I was paying £30 for a dressage test!

On the other hand £30 for the XC would've been well worth it, but I would like to know just how much of the XC they actually get in, as when I walked the course I didn't see anyone videoing??

Total Recall videos are really good in that that tape every stride, and edit from one camera to another. They charge between £38 and £42 depending on DVD or vid, but always get the whole course. Does anyone know if Playback sports get the whole XC as when I asked the chap he was a bit vague.
