so who's off there this week, i'm going on friday for the novice, which is great as another day off work! didn't go last year, can anyone remember if there was anything nasty on the course? hoping after all this rain that the ground will be good, a bain in everyones life at the moment i'm sure.
 
Im going on sunday, snoopys 2nd intro.

Novice at Mattingley is always nice, lot of questions but nothing nasty

Bet Mattingley are panicking about the ground! Last year there was torrential rain, and they managed to run the first day but not the second I think

the cross-country actually rode fine in it - bu the lorry park was a quagmire!
 
My mate has her 1st intro there so is pretty nervous. What is the going normally like then?
 
It's supposed to stop raining on Wednesday and then be dry the rest of the week which should produce perfect going! I'm there on Friday in the IN, and on the waitlist for the PN so I'll probably put the PN horse on the lorry on the Friday in case there's a space in the day-before-dressage section if that makes any sense..... Going is normally good, they look after it, but yes, did have to abandon the last day of competition last year due to the lorry park mainly.
 
Im on waitlist for the Intro with Spider, really hoping I get in, feel like I havent done anything for ages, and she is going so super at the mo!!
 
I'm doing the Intro on Sunday with Dressage on Sat. Really looking forward to it as its our first run of the season!
 
Theres loads of HHO ppl in day before dressage for the intro.

Last year, i followed Tigers Eye on the xc lol cant believe thats a year ago.

Do hope day 3 gets to run.

Elles and Saf are there on sunday helping with the SJ and i think Saf is there on Friday!
Ill be on a massive dark brown gelding called Uvin, normally will be wearing some sort of pink, say hi !

Im section Q, im hoping that sunday still runs! Last week I was so pleased it was raining but now im begging for it to stop!
Are you there on the Friday to see saf run? or just on the sunday ?

When do we think they will sort out the wait list! I really want to know what im doing at the weekend!

Hopefully it will be done by tomorrow when the times are available I would have thought. Fingers crossed I get in! And that if I get in it still runs!

You and I both. Blinking weather. I ran last year in the PN and the ground on the xc was fab, but the lorry park was awful - they cancelled sunday because of the lorry park.
Its pouring here
