With a clipper phobic horse I purchased a set of these in the Autumn. After trace clipping a friends horse and half clipping my own the battery went down. ifollowed the instructions and recharged and even put new blades in but the clippers failed to work. After a long saga with Eddie Palin I have now been issued with a new pair that can be used off the mains but I havent yet tried them-has anyone else had problems with these clippers-one of my liveries has a set which ironically are also not working having been used only once or twice, however she is stuck as has owned them for 2.5 years so they are out of warranty!!

I sold a pair of these recently as they drove me mad. The blades jam if you get so much as a hair in the wrong place - you have to take them apart and clean them. Took me an hour to do a neck and belly on my boy!
