Mavis update

So she has been with us for 2 weeks now and has settled in fine and is turning into a proper little yard dog eating poo and eating horse feed, she is very much my velcro dog and literally follows me everywhere even on walks she comes straight back.

We absolutely love her and she has realised Mr p is a soft touch so she now follows him around and sits on the sofa for cuddles, she loves dogs on the TV and goes mad barking when she sees them and tries to find them behind the TV hilarious

I've tried to get pictures on walks but she is a bit worried to run ahead with Winnie off lead so stays with us, but I think in time she will be fine and I've tried to do the same routes so she gets used to her surroundings and will get a bit more confident but it's better than having them bugger off all the time.

Oh she is lovely.

I had a second hand Blenheim 2 year old boy more or less dumped on me once. OH came back from work and declared that whilst he had said he would have another dog, he didn't mean one like that!!

After a few days he was rarely seen without Henry tucked under his arm and he absolutely adored him.

She has really fluffy feet they really need trimming back but I an just doing a bit at a time.

Some of our friends came over yesterday and we took both dogs with us to a mini festival that is next door in the farm, they loved it and at one point both were laying together and Mavis rested her head on Winnie it was so lovely to see, I tried to get a picture but was not quick enough damn
