For those of you who own Horses with locking stifles, do you find back shoes help? Or is there no difference?

CM has a minor stifle issue. She's much better when really fit. Shoes/no shoes makes no odds.

Makes no difference to mine, she's better when she's fit but it's only really a problem between nov/jan and them it doesn't matter if she's far fit or in different!

a friend of mine has a horse with locking stiffles she found shoes made it worse possibly threw the presure of them being nailed on and the extra weights x

Mine was improved with shoes and had slightly thicker heels added to them because of her locking stifle.
