Another horseracing trainer banned in the UK - for running a horse with severed nerves in his leg NINE TIMES! Only a three year ban though as he didnt know it was a rule. Cant be wilful neglect then can it. Makes me so angry!

Worse than that, the horse then went to Declan Carroll who unknowingly ran him another ten times. According to the RP he was the tip off.

McInnes should be banned for life. Not only is he risking the life of that particular horse, he is also risking the jockeys, the work riders, and everyone around them when the horse was galloping.

Speechless.
