Just wondered what anyone's views/experiences were of McTimoney practitioners?

Gov is looking unlevel in his pelvis/hip region (the right just doesn't look, well, right...) and before I start calling out all kinds of people and spending my student loan i've put him forward as a guinea pig for the final exams of some McTimoney students on Monday (i'm assured they are well supervised and tutors will check horses after).

Any input welcome...thanks!

Brilliant - Kerilli will vouch for them as well! My horse's pelvis was out and it was causing him to nap/buck/be unlevel in his canter, etc and the McTimoney lady has done a brilliant job with him. Only problem is he jumped into the mares field tonight (twice!) so I'm a bit worried he'll have done it again, the little tike!

Yep very good, the lady we had out was brilliant , he had started to buck after jumps and was getting nappy and after she had been he has stopped it completly so very impressed

Both my lads have been trated by this pratcie and the difference in them is amamzing would recommend without a second thought.

Excellent - IMHO the best method ever. I tried having it on my back first lol and have had the horse and the dogs done too! Much much nicer than osteopaths, less painful and loads more effective.
And the main thing? They treat alignment over the whole body - not just the bit that hurts!

yes, they are brilliant. don't waste your money (or risk your horse) with untrained "back men"... and imho osteopaths are not as good as mctimoney.

[/ QUOTE ] I phoned my vet and asked for one that they reccomend in our area so I knew she was genuine , had a bad experience with a 'rouge' equine dentist so once bitten........
