He also apparently served that clyde mare last year, and was lame soon after as that's what every pony needs to be doing. Wonder what happened to that potential offspring.

The OP stated that it was done on this occasion as a punishment, the 'voice-over', which I assume was a contemporaneous recording of a conversation, certainly gave the impression that it was done in retribution for him escaping into a different field. No horse would learn to not barge through any gate/fence/ etc.
The FB poster that I quoted appeared to think that this was an 'old school' method of disciplining a horse. It isn't.

I, too, think it is barbaric when done for whatever reason but this thread wasn't about showing originally.
 
Her 'partner' has some high action driving welshies so you can probably work out what goes on that side of the yard too.
 
The trouble is the video doesn't show anything much, the commentary tells more but she just claims that as a 'joke' anyway.
I also can't see any charity set up rocking up to her yard without a police presence.
 
Sadly by the replies on here while lots of us in the south east know her reputation lots of buyers don’t do their homework which is why she and her partner in crime John Archer continue to abuse and rip off buyers. A friends daughter in law recently purchased a horse suitable for a novice from her and now it’s it’s looking and feeling better on lots of food and good grass she can’t get on it! I was asked to go and see it and advise but sadly can’t cure stupid came to mind and I made excuses not to get involved. What is wrong with these people (and people who buy from puppy farms) there’s so much on the internet giving advice that when I read their tales of woe on here and other sites I just feel serve them right am I alone?
