right ... im confused by the whole filly/colt/yearling filly etc etc etc...

can somebody please tell me what the meanings of there words are...including some other related words ????

filly - female horse under 4 years old
colt - male horse under 4 years old
yearling - any sex horse which is a year old

Dun is a colour
Gelded means castrated stallion (had his testicles removed)
