Measuring a saddle

I'm going to be selling my Thorowgood T4 original saddle - how do I check the seat size?

Also how is it best to sell it then package etc? I'm not sure what cost to ask either?

Measure From the button at the front to the center of the cantle (so diagonally) for seat size.
Thorowgood synthetic saddles don’t seem to sell well unfortunately. I sold mine for £200 despite the fact it had been sat on only a handful of times since it was bought new.

I'm saddle browsing at the minute and prices for the synthetic saddles seem to be higher on ebay so you could list it there and try your luck. Prices are lower on FB marketplace but there seem to be more sold that way.

The T4 is a popular model so the market there seems fairly saturated unfortunately.
