I am going to get mini a new body protector today , it is for her birthday so want it to be a surprise.

So what are the best measurements to take? Centre back obviously, but starting and stopping where ?

Thank you

I had mine fitted in the store. It took a bit of tweaking and checking with another type to get it right. However..the important measurements are the neck to lower back area plus the chest size. If the BP touches the saddle then it will push up and interfere with her seat . If too short it will not protect the bony bits on her lower back. Hope that helps :)

Body protectors need to be fitted to the child (or adult) so it would be foolhardy to buy it as an unseen gift if protecting your child from harm is your main priority :(
