Measuring Girths

This is a bit of a stupid question but i need a new girth and i am not sure on the size of my current ones... do i include the buckles when measuring them or not...

Yes, there was a post of this about three days ago, just the same. Measure including the buckles, bearing in mind yours may have stretched a fraction of an inch.
