I have an 11 week old whippet puppy, who like most pups loves to chew! She has plenty of chew toys, but the thing that keeps her occupied longest is a raw carrot! However, i ration those to half or one a day (depending on size) as I know they are not digestible and can make her poos a little loose, and although her house-training is brilliant, I don't want to tempt fate!

So was looking for something meaty that she can chew - ideally that will last a while and that is not too gross or stinky! I know I can just get some chicken wings or similar from the butcher or supermarket but I don't particularly want those on the living room carpet! Have been looking on the BARF-Rawfood website and seen a bag of dried ducks' necks which seem suitable. Are they a good idea, or are there better suggestions?

I have no idea, but I've also got a raw fed 11 week old whippet puppy and I love to know whats out there. Mine goes in his crate on a fleece with ribs and wings at the minute, but I'd like the same as you!

Mine loves Fish 4 dogs fish twists, dried tripes stick = stinky!! and pizzle sticks - these last by far the longest and he can have these indoors. He has a rib or a chicken wing but they are given on a hard washable floor!

Thank you both, really helpful. Will definitely check out the fishskin products - our older dog goes mad for a bit of fresh fish skin so I am sure they will both love these!
