Michelle is a lovely girl and very quick to pick up on any lack of symmetry in the rider.
I went to her when returning to riding after the op on my back and she was really helpful.
A course of say six is much more use than a one off though.
I know nothing about Michelle Cogger, nor her mechanical horse.
I've had some experiences, however, riding and teaching using a mechanical horse - they are useful for positional work...but not very realistic when moving...even if they are the more expensive models which do different gaits, and respond to hand and leg aids.
It's much more useful to ride on a pressure pad, though...if you can find one.

Yes, I've had a few lessons with her - liked them a lot. Found them quite intensive, but did really help with my position.
Not ridiculously expensive either.
When I had lessons with her, she was a couple of miles from Stansted airport.
I had some lessons with her in East Grinstead - absolutely fantastic. I had obviously been riding slightly lop-sided for years. After the first lesson I was in agony the next day with the muscles down one side of my back locking up having been de lop-sided! After that though - no looking back and I am straight now and much softer through my back. I had one lesson a month for a couple of months and now just have the occasional update as it is rather a long way for me.
Have to say, I have known Michelle since childhood. She has helped me with riding over the years, & is about the only person I would feel happy recomending for training for adults & children alike.
She has a very kind but profesional approach, & would make the most nervous of rider feel at ease.
As far as I know she still teaches from her home a couple of miles from stansted airport.
