Medical Armband - larger one needed!

Just wondered if anyone can advise where I might get a Medical Armband that will fit my husband's arm. So far, all the ones I have tried do not even reach round his arm and the design is such you can really improvise - they loop through and velcro to themselves.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Could you not somehow attach some elastic?

Fashion one yourself from some strong material and Velcro, and sew on a medical display pouch. Or elastic.

Can you stitch more Velcro the the bit that's already there?
