Medical Armbands

I'm potentially entering a local HT next weekend (pending lorry MOT) - and medical armbands are compulsory.

I have one but no insert for it and can't find a riding specific template online, having never used one I don't want to put the wrong thing in (although I imagine they're pretty standard) - can anybody point me in the right direction?
