medium lite turnouts. Who makes them?

NSN- your mini is adorable. Thank you for posting photos. Both those look good. What are the linings made of? BH rubs easily and I find nylon linings better.

Derby House ones. How small do they come up? My beast is 6'9'' in a Shires or a Weatherbeeta and a 6'6'' in a Mark Todd and a Masta. Would do you think he'd be?

they are both nylon lined:)

mines in 6ft shires and in 6ft3 dh , the dh one isnt huge on him either, horse is 15.2(just) skinny narrow tbx too, so not a chunk by any means. I think you could probably try the 7ft tbh...if hes currently in 6ft9 shires

Her majesty was very sweaty when I went to get her tonight. I am seriously considering clipping her as she is sweltering in this unseasonable warmth in her woolies. How is D not hot? :D

D is too cool for school. Or sweat, apparently! Both him and J are naked atm. F is in a rainsheet and neck cover as he is a mud monster  Poor Nitty is too good at coat growing, bless her!

I don't think her running round like a plank is helping her much in fairness

Right. Bought a DH one in seven foot as for thirty quid it didn't seem much of a risk. If it's awful will look at ruggles ones I think :)

I have a fal 40g which I would have said was 40g! Fairly sure they also do a 100g rug too.
The duo from horseware is pretty good, used one for several years now.

I have a Swish 50g which I bought this time last year for £35. I would say it is a budget rug and not of the same standard as the weatherbeeta medium lite I bought for the pony.

The lining of the Swish is nylon, but I don't think it's breathable as I notice damp marks on top of my mare's quarters sometimes. This has happened to two different horses while wearing it. Search Swish on here for others with similar findings. There was apparently a faulty batch, but the 50g was not supposed to be amongst them.

The outer material is of a high denier which is great, but as someone has said, the fittings, particularly the front straps are a bit rubbish.

Having said all that, it's in use today, but don't think I would buy another.

well i can confirm that despite the woman at 4dobbin swearing blind she could order me in a new version of the weatherbeeta 100g, i had a flustered call from her this morning to say its actually a 220g thats come in:rolleyes: having waited a fortnight since i first ordered the med lite they had on their website (which was a mistake - it came and it was a lite) Im not best pleased, especially since I TOLD her last week on the phone I knew WB didnt make them anymore. So back to the drawing board for me.

Go for a Swish one - I just got their new 100g 1200D and it is almost the same as my Premier Eq, the same fit, material etc . i think i paid about £45 for it
