For those of you that have been reading about me riding a horse for someone I finally managed to get some vids today and so thought some of you lovely HHOers would give me some CC (i know its hard off a vid)

I am going to hopefully get some lessons on her and ride her a bit more now I have spent time getting to know her on the ground

I think Bustie looks lovely, very pretty girl but I hate to say she doesnt look sound to me. I hope I'm wrong though x

I didnt think she was sound either :/ but couldnt find anything obviously wrong and didnt know if it was down to stiffness??

did you have her vetted? could it possibly be coming from her back?

Owner has had her nearly all her life... it could possibly be, I thought her saddle didnt fit so got it checked but they said its fine but need to find someone for a second opinion because horse has had 10 years and 2 babies since the saddle was last used on her so i thought it would be well out but doesnt seem to show massive discomfort :/

Could just be something as simple as she is feeling the very hard ground at the moment?

You need t try and sit deeper into the saddle, especially in canter.

she doesn't look completely sound, that's true, but it might be just the fact that she is unbalanced and out of practice Better to have her well checked out, though.
