Meet Cap

All spoken for, the mother belongs to the farmer where we live and dad is my partners best working dog who is on not far from retiring.
They had homes waiting all over the place with lots of interest.
Both parents are very good workers so hopefully the pups will follow suit.
The middle one is a dog who has gone to a local shepherd who knows both mum and dad.
The one in th left is the only bitch and she is being kept by the farmer.
So they will all have the chance to work.
Cap is a kg bigger than either of th other and has loads been the biggest, I had put my name in the hat for the biggest dog but as there were so few I may loose him to my partner but we shall see.

He’s a proper chunk, isn’t he? ❤️
Just like his dad

You can't beat an oldie for galloping to the rescue when the young 'uns need a hand. 13 and still out on the hill is amazing and a credit to your care.
Oh yes if it all goes tips up Tuck still puts it right.
I reckon it's just his genetics, I just keep them fit and trim.

Ooh he is lovely Twiggy! What's his breeding? My OH seems to have a penchant for the bearded variety at the moment ... we now have two :D
He is working collie on both sides, father has done a lot of work over the years both Park and hill, my other half contracts now and does a lot of gathering so Tuck has done a lot of hill work for the last 7ish years. The bitch belongs to the farmer where we live and is fast and hard, one of the local semi retired shepherds (Bob Black) is very keen on both dogs so his son a full time Shepherd has the third one.
Tuck was bred by my partner from a long line of good working dogs, the bitch was bought in trained by the farmer but is from the same sort of stock.
Neither are registered.
