Also I'm sorry, but this isn't just cropping the eat (which I am 100% against anyway), whoever has done this has literally taken the whole ear off, there is very little tissue left there even for a cropped ear.

Oh I know what it looks like, I've seen dogs with practically no ear fold left at all, as well as dogs arriving in rescues with botched jobs done with scissors, Stanley knives, razors, etc. It's all just absolutely horrific and further evidence of the inventive cruelty that humans are so capable of.
