I am hopefully going to be able to lead him out with the cob for short hacks, i have given up trying to hac out with the mini he puts his heels in, needs a rider lol. But dougal will just be loved and cuddled and hopefully will be able to eventually get his head collar off because currently he has to have it on 24/7 because he is very timid.
I've seen him on the WHW website; very cute. We have a WHW companion, had her for 9 years next month and never regretted a minute of it. Well, unless you count the first few times we went to catch her and she reared straight up.I got a good view of her belly button; not bad for a 19 year old, arthritic horse. She has chilled since!
Enjoy him!
I will try to get all the details as to how he ended up there and let you all know. I couldnt resist him when i saw his little face staring back at me. I guess he must be a couple of inches bigger than a standard shetland going by the pics. I havent seen him in person yet because blackpool is so far away we decided to do it all in one day, next sunday it is.
Have you had your home check done? All very exciting for you. Unfortunately they didn't have much information on our girl; I would have loved to have known more.
