Hi everyone, my mare is having the winter off with hind leg issues so I have treated myself to a lovely 4 year old connie x tb to bring on and have some fun with. She's only just end backed so very green but has the most wonderful temperament. Hope the picture works!

She's 15.2, a nice size I feel. Bred to event but will be an all rounder for me

She's called dolly can't believe what a good girl she is. She was backed last year and did a couple of weeks work before being turned away and has only been hacked out a few times this year. Took her out for a hack and she was so brave, leading the way and was very brave past a massive digger.

Well she is quite dinky waiting for a transporter to collect her and can't find anyone who can do it soonish rather wish I could get her parcelled up and posted to Leicestershire

I hope so I've coverted this cross for ages and was particularly delighted that she isn't grey!

haha yeh I couldn't cope with a grey! mine are dun(or buckskin as apparently connies don't carry the dun gene, but shes registred dun) and bay!! I can't wait untl ive backed my boy!!

Ooh dun/ buckskin would have been my first choice, but all my most favourite horses I've had have been bay mares.

Thanks spring is off to Newmarket ASAP to get to the bottom of the problem, fearing high suspensory issues. Bit worried spring will be mean to dolly, spring will be v. Jealous that someone else will be being worked!
