Meet Pip. The worlds most high maintenance Mare!

She is absolutely stunning! Well done for giving her the chance and it looks like all your hard work has truely paid off. How rewarding for you to look at the photos and see how far she has come, she has def landed on her feet with you :-)
 
She is absolutely stunning, no wonder you couldn't see her sent back. I also agree with the person who asked if she might be an ex-polo pony. So so sorry to hear about what happened in the field, fingers and toes crossed that your gorgeous bright girl pulls through!
 
I thought I'd up date you all on little mare! It's been about 9/10 weeks since she suffered her shoulder injury. Box rest has done her no good at all-.- shoes removed and taken off hard feed... Her weight is less than satisfactory, but she still here, screaming for breakfast on the morning and galloping around the school during her limited turnout!
She begun light lunging and walking in hand 3wks ago and was sound!!! (Hurray!😀) however tonight, she is not... Not at all. The left fore (leg of shoulder injury.) is very off.
No heat, swelling, lumps, bumps anything!! It's just most concerning she has had 4 days in without leaving her stable so I'm sort of hoping it's only my stiff old mare, with her stiff old joints. Anyway, an earlier thread made me want to let you know that Pip is fine! She's doing well, and I'm sure she'll over come any setback she faces!☺️

After all you have been through together I hope she pulls through again. She is such a fighter. You both are. Sending you best wishes.
 
Your first post brought a tear to my eyes, your updates have wrenched my gut. What a star she is, and routing for her to make a full recovery and so glad she is in such good hands.
 
WOW! Its amazing what the right person can do for a horse...looks like Pip is lucky she found you. :)

Edited to add: Wishing you all the best for the next challenge you face, I hope she pulls through it and I expect with you in her corner theres every chance she will.
