This is my new siggy! Tried off and on for a year to do one and failed miserably so thanks a million to SJS! Anyone got any tips to get a pic into the avatar box???? First pic is Sunny fat as a pig and engaging in his favourite pastime which is learning the difficult Advanced Dressage movement of "Turn on the Feedbucket". 2nd is Sunny with a best friend - I love it as it's so peaceful and "horsey". Just 2 neds saying hi. The third one is Sunny after he had to have his eye removed (see my 2,000 posts on bad eyes). When I moved yards due to some serious welfare concerns, he had a nasty accident in the trailer and ended up cracking his eye socket on the metal side of the box coz of course he didn't know it was there, bless him. I felt like a murderer. A local saddler (am I allowed to say Helen Reader?) made him a special eye socket protector that attaches to his headcollar. It is made of the thickest and softest felt backed leather and is shaped to cover the blind side of his head. I reckon he could now safely go on the scariest ride at Alton Towers in it! Hope you can see there is still a lovely, kind, safe horse under there, who looks after his dear old mum and is a pleasure to be around. Sunny, you rock. Haven't got a nice pic of Angel, my rescued girl yet as her arrival was amidst some pretty fraught emotions and it was touch and go for months as to whether she would survive. Will get some asap and then pester SJS again! SJS - can't thank you enough you little superstar you! xxx
