I recently posted that I was looking at a shire x tb youngster and asked your opinions. Well she is finally here in her new home and she is absolutely gorgeous! At 17hands and only 3 1/2 years old she is certainly no little baby but her temperament is great and she already has excellent manners. We are slowly going to get her started over the winter and hopefully she'll be happy to be ridden next year. Her last owner had to sell her due to very unfortunate circumstances but we hope to keep in touch and will look after her well. Here are a few pics

Heather Bambi yes it is that one, she is by One More Tiger and is just a big soft lump. She was supposed to have a posh grown up name but her owner said she was so funny as a little foal she couldn't cope with her legs and the nick name stuck. Her full title is Wibbly Wobbly Diamond! How embarassing hearing that over the loudspeaker lol

Oh she is adorable. I ummed and ahhed about her when I saw your post but I knew you were interested in her and thought it was a bit unfair to try and dive in.

She has a look of my own Shire TBX who is a sweetie and a very generous performer. I do wish you lots of fun and success with her.

If I'd known her name i'd have had to have her - it's my daughter's nickname!

Thanks guys. She is adorable and can definitely jump, she was bored of her field so jumped the hedge, you can just see it behind her on the pics with the roller on so its quite high lol. Bridle and roller going on this weekend once she's settled.

I think I`m in love!!!!
She`s gorgeous!!! Taken good qualities from both breeds, i`ve seen loads of shire x TB`s that just look wrong...she`s perfect! Lots of progress and photo updates please :)

She's lovely! That's just the cross I was looking to buy a youngster of, now decided against it because I really want the more heavy horse look but she is just lovely and I wouldn't have said no if offered her!!!:D

She was a small monster tonight, got very excited about teatime lol. Picking her back feet up is proving to be exciting too! Early days yet though. Thanks again for all the lovely comments, I think she's adorable but I'm biased.

She looks fabulous! I saw the ad in h&h and thought she looked a great buy! I have a shire x TB mare on loan who I have had since she was 4 (now 8!) and she's a fantastic horse - amazing temperament, presence and will turn her hand to anything from showing to hunting. Have fun with her!
