Yes. Brilliant stuff. I use it on my highland who rubbed a chunk of his mane off recently and it's growing back a treat. I dilute it on part Megatek to 4 parts water and spray it on as it's a bit thick and sticky otherwise. Smells nice too.
I use it one of my mine and his mane is growing. Correlation does not imply causality however. It does smell nice though, I'd buy it just for the smell.
You can't beat the smell - especially on a warm day, makes you think of caribbean days by the beach
As for the benefits.... I personally think that it is as much the extra stimulation of the area through the massaging in you do with it. I think there is a certain amount of placebo and so people take more care with the brushing and care etc. That and it reduces drag on the hair, just like Canter or any silicone/oil based products.
I bought some for the Arab mare I bought recently - her mane had been chewed by the pony she was turned out with. Suffice to say I haven't seen any improvement at all. From the endorsements in the ads, I expected spectacular growth . . . . . . nope, it seems to just be growing at the normal (slow) rate! Complete waste of £21.50
