My grey 15yr old ISH has been diagnosed with a few issues recently and I'm trying to guess/gauge how long I'll have left with him to compete. I realise it's a case of wait and see but I'm wondering has anyone experienced melanoma in the lymph nodes? It shows as two lumps which are pretty slow growing. First one appeared 2 years ago and is now large marble sized. They are just in front of the girth on the off side. The vet implied that my problem would likely to be if they interfered with his girth than that he would be sick as such. Would appreciate hearing of other people's experience, thanks!
