I only know one chap in the whole of Bath who rides. Don't know him apart from knowing he has a nice bay mare. Always polite. Very cute.
Not at all disrespecting our womenfolk that ride, but why are horses (which was a manly sport) now seen as "gay" or "girly"?
You see men at high levels but in my 22 years of riding, I've only known a handful of chaps that still ride past the "mother made me" stage and actually love it.
