Has anyone any experience of mirrors for menages? Where/how would you put them. Any information would be appreciated. Also how much do they cost and where would you get them from? Many thnaks.

I'd get on google...I remember seeing them when I was looking for a stable mirror!

I'm thinking of getting some too- one of the best priced places is mirrorsfortraining.co.uk, they are £100 each plus delivery. I've also enquired at a local glass shop and they can do the safety mirrors 8ft x 4ft at the same price which would mean no delivery charge.
They say you can glue the mirrors on to plywood and then stand them up, if they are for an outdoor arena. You could place them along one of the short sides (or 1 in each corner of one of the short sides) and one halfway along the longside.
Best place would be away from the sun so that you don't get dazzled, and also so that you don't set your arena on fire as in hot weather the sun on the mirrors could start them smoking! it has been known!

Thank you that information is very useful. I had never thought about the heat from them, especially as we have woodchip!!!!!!!

Whatever you do, don't buy acryclic mirrors - the distortion on them is awful and you can't see a thing. Go for glass backed every time.

Just a word of warning!! I purchesed 10 mirrors @ £100 a piece which I was very happy with. 2 mirrors have broken, which I am not complaining about as it happens, but when I went to re order 2 mirrors the company said that it was a minimal order of 10!! I have managed to get 2 mirrors but it has cost me £380 for the pleasure!! So worth thinking of getting a few more than you need. If anyone else has numbers of mirror companies I would be interested for future reference.

kit is right, i had acrylic ones at my last place and the distortion was terrible.
really good mirrors are a godsend but they aren't cheap.
ideally i'd have an upright one at the end of every long side, and a few sideways along short side or along behind E or B.

I am also hoping to get mirrors - however I was thinking of putting them all along the short side - any idea what height they should be? and was also wondering whether I should slant them slightly?
