Merc ML as a Tow vehicle

Yep, I tow with a 270. Bloody brilliant car! Gets the trailer out of muddy fields even the tractor is struggling in (yey for low-range). Don't even notice the trailer on the back for the roads. So comfortable and easy to drive esp as it's auto. And no more fuel thirsty than any other similar sized 4x4.

only slightly annyoing thing is it's unsmooth very low gear take off - it's hard to get a very smooth set off due to the accelerater increments. Oh, and the pale grey leather seat aren't the most horse-friendly.......
 
I used a friends to tow with once and it was wonderful - had to keep reminding myself there was a trailer on the back as i couldnt feel it!
