Took the new boy out for the first time today to Merrist Wood to do the elementary.
He was VERY spooky in the 1st test which resulted in a naff mark, had 4 mins between tests to learn the next one, went in and although still a little spooky was much better.
Was chuffed to find we came 2nd overall with a mark of 66.7%- just .2% off the winning score- very pleased!
Well worth the 'wet jodphurs' comp I seemed to have entered as well!
