Micklem bridles and ear covers- FEI legal?

Hi, just wondering if anyone can confirm that Micklem Bridles are allowed in eventing FEI competitions. I know they are fine for BE, but know sometimes FEI can differ? Also i know that ear covers are now allowed, but can you just wear one who do you have to get permission like you do for nose nets. I realise i could trawl through FEI rules but just too tired and too much else to do and i know there is a wealth of knowledge on here

Micklem bridles are allowed but the bit clips are not. Ear covers are allowed unless dressage is indoors but not the padded ones. You can just use them but they should be checked by the tack steward when you come out.
