Does anyone know if Petlog will register pets on their database if the pet's microchip is not a Petlog one?
It doesn't look like it from the website, have sent an email query but no answer as yet, it's been a couple of days.
Very miffed with Virbac, Dax has one of their chips and as I'd been sorting out transferring Ricoh's details to mine (with Petlog) I thought it would be a good opportunity to make sure Dax's were all correct. I've had no end of trouble, couldn't log in online on very crappy website, phone line busy or unanswered, they didn't have my phone numbers listed despite filling them out on the form all that time ago, basically a huge farce. Had a great experience with Petlog and would love to switch.
