Micronised linseed, how to feed?

After taking all you lovely peoples advice my bag or micronised linseed as arrived today at work! (So sad I know but I was dead excited) Just to confirm,
it is micronised full fat linseed meal
~I can literally feed this as it comes cant i?

Yes. I add mine (small mug full/day) to beet pulp over 2 meals, but it could go in one.

Yup I started off by feeding a little bit then built it up to a mug a day - straight from the bag!

Hiya, sorry for piggybacking onto your post. I'm getting my first bag tonight - also very excited - and i'm interested in your reasons really.

I am hoping for weight gain as my TB hasn't had a good winter. I've heard this is perfect for that and non-heating ?

My reasoning wanting to maintain condition as his work load is going to be increasing (not much from light to light/medium lol) and heard it makes the coat very shiny!
And non heating and also seems very ecominical

Charnwood milling will deliver. My local feed merchants get it in for me costing £21 for a 20kg bag.
