Micronised linseed vs linseed pellets

Is there much difference does anyone know? I found a cheap supplier for pellets but dont know anything about them e.g. feed quantities/effectiveness.

I think the pellets are made from the husks of what is left after oil is extracted and mixed with molasses, but I could be wrong
