Microvet machine for tendon repair (also in NL)

Yes -

Used this along with ultra sound, sencar therapy (again SP!)and physio

Healed well (vet was impressed) and horse back into previous level of work with no issues at all (left with slight thickening)

Was it this that worked - No idea! i threw anything that was recommended for tendon injuries at it 'just in case'! knowing my luck would have had the same result with just rehab!

Have a look at the machines for humans - mine was a micro-ace. same things i think (did the research at the time but a few years ago and i'm sure the technology has advanced)

Thanks - yeah, the trouble is that we're much more interested in their getting better than exactly how they do it! I think that, like you, my mate will try it just in case it makes a difference.
Cheers!

i think your best option will be to google (i THINK micro current therapy), they sometimes come up on ebay when people had finished with them (human versions)

it was years ago that i looked into this - the human ones are aimed at arthiritus, mine was a micro ace . it was a hundred and something when i brought (under 200)

I've got one. I've used it with great success on an extensor flexor tendon, a suspensory ligament and a torn hamstring.
