One of my dogs is on raw. I sort of flit between different raw providers.

I like Nutriment, however it works out very expensive (I prefer just feeding the complete minces)

I have used DAF but find the quality isn't great and it often stinks.

What raw food provider do you recommend that is perhaps a good middle ground of reasonable quality without being super expensive.

I use MVM meats then add my own veggies etc. I have been raw feeding for 25 years or so which was before any pre-made raw were available. I generally go by the Billingshurst guidelines and never had an issue.

I mix and match, try to use at least 5 proteins a week and at least 3 or 4 makes, that way you'll get different vit mixes etc and cover more options. I make sure they get oily fish at least 3x a week and whole raw eggs twice a week. Also a good mix or tripe and offal and also value frozen chicken portions some days to have a good crunch.. I don't worry too much about each day being balanced, more being balanced over a week. I add my surplus veg etc sometimes, not always.

I'm feeding 4 med/large dogs so order in bulk from Primal raw.

I will confess that they have cold pressed kibble for breakfast for ease and quickness though.

I know someone who has used Able raw food and they were happy with it, don't know a lot about it as I don't feed it but may be worth a look
