Milk thistle… best form to feed

Hi, best form of Milk thistle to feed, best price and where to buy please……. Just bought for first time the Dodson and Horrell one, £11 but says last for 20 days …. I’m feeding it to 2…. So really more like 10 days? Its Not for the most common reason(liver health) but was suggested to help with possibly allergies…. General itchiness

We've used the equimins version for years- on an aged horse that had a liver issue about 4 years ago, and has been on daily bute the last 2 years so something has helped in that time but
