I was wondering if anyone knows of cheap livery or yards to rent in Milton Keynes??? I'm looking to get a horse on loan after Christmas and need somewhere to keep it obviously! Also if anyone knows of any yard/stables that are looking for help it would be helpful, I'm 14 if that makes a difference to helping, thanks
 
There's no room at the yard I ride at, but you're more than welcome to help out/ride other horses until you get yours :) Would you like me to PM you?

Lakes Lane, MKEC, Bryerley Springs are 3 I know of, but I'm not sure how much they are.
 
The Parks Trust used to lease paddocks, with field shelters, within MK for a small weekly rent. We used to rent one in the late 90's it was about £12pw if I remember (it's probably gone up now though).They can be found in many of the estates and have water troughs installed. Some of the shelters have been converted into stables. It might be worth investigating that route.

Bryerley Springs is a large and busy facility, although has all you would need and has the benefit of expertise and support should you need it. Cost depends on what you want them to do for you.

There is a long waiting list for the Parks Trust paddocks, and although it looks like there are a few around that are empty they rest them so they are not always available. I have always found it better to drive around and see what's on offer as you usually find the smaller yards that way.
